Meridian Multifamily, the multifamily loan divisionof Meridian Mortgage Corporation and a Fannie Mac Delegated Underwriting & Servicing (DUS) lender, recently provided a $4.7 million retinanee loan for the Imperial Gardens Apartments, a 240-unit complex in Clearwater, Florida.

The announcement was made by Mark h. Tratenberg, president of Meridian Multifamily.

The Garden Apartment style complex includes 10, two-story concrete and stucco buildings on 202,920 squarefeet. The property contains a clubhouse, pool and shuffleboard court and is beautifully landscaped. The units are more spacious and larger than most in the market, and new appliances nave recently been installed in &any of the urals.
