Chicago-based Cambridge Realty Capital Cos. has closed a $5.8 million permanent mortgage loan for Broom-field Nursing Home, a 120-bed facility in Broomfield, Colo., that specializes in the treatment of Alzheimer's patients. The 40-year loan, which carries an interest rate of 8.5%, was funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) 232 program.
