Advanced TelCom Group announced the appointment of Tony Persaud to the position of sales/solutions engineer for its Westchester regional office. In his new position, Persaud will be responsible for providing the sales team with technical training and technical assistance to configure communications solutions.
Prior to joining ATG, Persaud served as senior voice/WAN engineer and operations manager at Professional Networking, Inc. in Manhattan. He also served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army from 1982-1987.
Persaud resides in Queens, N.Y. with his wife and son Joshua.
The Kalian Realty announced that Coleen McNally has been appointed as a sales associate for the firm. McNally will be based in the division's Flemington office. She will be responsible for servicing Kalian customers in Hunterdon, Somerset, Morris, and Warren counties.
Before joining the Kalian Realty, McNally handled sales for a local Hunterdon county real estate company. She also worked as a title administrator at First American Title Company.
McNally is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the New Jersey and Hunterdon/Somerset Associations of Realtors.
Carl Eriksen has joined Insignia/ESG as a senior managing director. His responsibilities include providing consulting and brokerage services to both tenants and owners of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Eriksen was a principal of Corporate Property Consultants, Inc. His responsibilities included all aspects of national corporate real estate representation, programming, site/office space evaluation, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. He served such clients as Intel Corporation, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Young and Rubicam.
Ericsen holds a B.S. in business management from Plattsburgh State University. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Industrial Development Research Council.
First American Title Insurance Company has promoted Allan Dreeland, Esq. to the position of assistant vice president/agency representative for Western Pennsylvania.
Dreeland has more than ten years of experience in the title insurance industry, having worked in such positions as manager of agency business development, agency relations representative, quality control administrator, and title attorney. Prior to entering the title business, Dreeland was a partner and an associate at several Pittsburgh area law firms, performing real estate and other legal services.
Dreeland received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. He resides with his wife Joyce in Peters township, Penn.
W. P. Carey & Co. LLC announced the appointment of Kimberly J. Dussol as vice president in the company's asset management group.
Dussol joined W. P. Carey & Co. in April 1996 as an assistant in the firm's acquisition department. She then moved to the firm's asset management group and was later promoted to the position of second vice president.
Dussol earned a B.A. from Queens College in 1993, an M.B.A. in finance from St. John's University in 1996, and an M.S. in real estate from New York University in 2001.

Harris joined W. P. Carey & Co. as an analyst in June 1998. He was promoted to the position of acquisitions associate in 1999 and later became second vice president for the firm.

Hugh Isleib, AIA, has extensive experience in commercial, retail, and institutional design. In the recent months, Isleib has been involved with the design of educational facilities, including the renovation of 10 schools for the New York City Department of Design and Construction.
Isleib received a B.A. in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
Carl Yberg has a broad background in retail, corporate interiors, and community housing projects. His recent projects include the Cornell University campus capital plan, dormitory redesign at Adelphi University, and the upgrade of four New York City courthouses.
Yberg received a B.A. in architecture from Syracuse University and an M.A. in facility planning from Pratt University.

Brown holds an associate's degree in engineering technology and a B.A. in education from the University of Toledo. He resides in Stamford, Conn., with his wife Pamela.
