A new web site has been set up that invites its visitors to share their experiences of e-mail providers failing to deactivate e-mail accounts of individuals using fraudulent credit card details.
The site was reportedly set up after the owner - the head of a UK online retailer - was unable to make a number of free e-mail providers shut down accounts that used fraudulent credit card details.
