Wilmington Finance relocates to Melville

Wilmington Financial Inc., a mortgage underwriting firm, signed a 6,644-square-foot lease to occupy a portion of the 2nd floor at One Huntington Quadrangle in Melville.

WFI will relocate this month from similar space 1010 Northern Blvd. in Great Neck.

James Wenk, director of the New York office for real estate services firm The Staubach Co., represented WFI in the negotiations. Andy Newman of The We're Group, which owns the One Huntington Quadrangle facility, represented the landlord.

WFI is based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., and has 13 offices in the Unites States. It originates and purchases loans through a network of independent mortgage brokers and correspondents.
