MONTVALE, N.J. & NORTHVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 2004--The Michigan Credit Union League, through its wholly owned subsidiary CUcorp Inc., announces a new EFT marketing agreement with NYCE Corporation, a leading provider of EFT services. Under the agreement effective April 1, 2004, CUcorp will work with NYCE sales and servicing teams to provide Michigan credit unions with the full complement of NYCE products and services including NYCE ATM and PIN POS Network services, signature debit processing, ATM terminal driving and card authorization services. NYCE will be the sole EFT Network and related services provider endorsed and promoted by CUcorp.

With CUcorp and NYCE working together, Michigan credit unions will benefit from enhanced access to NYCE's robust line of EFT products, as well as collaborative efforts aimed squarely at meeting credit unions' specific EFT needs. Beyond the classic ATM/POS Network and EFT processing services, NYCE's offering will include its SUM surcharge-free ATM program and immediate access to NYCE's innovative A2A money transfer and direct bill payment products.
