Orlando FCU, located in Orlando, Fla., has six branches throughout the area and serves more than 22,500 members in city of Orlando and Orange County. With $135 million in assets, the credit union surveyed a number of providers before initially selecting Aimbridge.

"Aimbridge and other solutions providers visited and held presentations with all the credit unions in the area," Snider said. "After reviewing our options, we decided Aimbridge was the best fit for our institution. We needed to offer another service for our membership and establish a controlled program rather than sending our members to the dealer. I conducted research on indirect lending programs and found Aimbridge to be very responsive to its clients and each market. They tailored the program to our market, which shows dedication and is an important service for Orlando FCU to help maintain a strong member base."

Prior to launching an indirect lending program in Florida, Aimbridge successfully launched the program in the Dallas and Michigan markets. The company conducts extensive training with credit union employees and offers continuing servicing for respective credit unions and dealerships.

According to Orlando FCU, Aimbridge has a turnkey operation that allows the credit union to maintain a controlled program without an outflow of money being put into the system setup. Aimbridge sets up the program, trains the dealers and staff and maintains the relationship between the two constituents.
