Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation announced that Gerald Kray has been appointed as senior loan officer in the firm's Manhattan office. In his new position Kray will be responsible for originating and closing commercial real estate loans.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Kray served as vice president and regional manager of Reilly Mortgage Group, Inc.

Kray holds a B.A. in business administration from Bernard Baruch College.
